Paul is a well-rounded Real Estate professional with over 25 years’ experience in transactions, valuation, agency and consultancy. International and local knowledge with a proven to be able to work independently or with a team and make decisions and recommendations on investment opportunities as well as accurately price a broad range of asset sectors and geographies. Confident working with Senior Executive Management at the highest level. Vast experience within top tier consultancy firms including CBRE and Deloitte, agencies and valuation practices as well as possessing an established network within the Melbourne market.
Amanda Bevilacqua
Amanda brings over 25 years of experience across commercial finance, credit structuring and development funding in Australia. Having operated her own finance business for more than two decades, she has worked extensively with builders, developers and private lenders on complex property and construction transactions. Amanda specialises in borrower‑side advisory, funding strategy and capital structuring, with deep practical insight into the commercial realities faced by project stakeholders. She supports Stable Capital with lender‑grade assessment, funding preparation and strategic decision support across a wide range of development and investment projects.
Olivia Terenzio
Olivia supports the Stable Securities team across lending administration, client coordination and day-to-day business operations. She works closely with the team to coordinate client requirements, assist with loan and funding processes, and ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. With a strong background in executive support, administration and operations, Olivia brings a proactive and highly organised approach to her role, with a focus on delivering a seamless experience for clients and supporting the team across the lending process.
